Participants will be reminded of these house rules once we are all there, but just to give you guys a heads up, here are the House Rules of BattleBelgium2011. - There will be absolutely NO leaning against the glass. People leaning against the glass will first get a warning, when they get caught a second time, they will be requested to leave the station.
- Skating inside the station is NOT permitted. It is ONLY permitted in the Event Area. Once you go up the stairs, skating is strictly forbidden. If station-security catches you on skates going to the toilet or buying sandwiches or whatever, you might get thrown out of the station and they will not let you in anymore. We will make it a point to announce this fact every 15 minutes, but please, spread the word so we don't have to deal with this unpleasant situation.
- When in Battle, and this is very very important to us, you can NOT leave the area when it's not your time to skate. There will be no "quick practices" in the practice area, no chatting with the coaches, no chatting with your friends that are not in the battle. This shows a high level of disrespect to your opponents and we will simply not have that at BattleBelgium. But by all means feel free to challenge your opponents, and have fun with them. After all, they are your friends, and friends don't disrespect friends.
- Mi casa es su casa - my house is your house, so treat it like it was your house.
